Pieter Swart for RPL entered into a settlement agreement at the CCMA in a claim against him for unpaid salary.
The settlement was reached when Pieter Swart agreed to pay R11 000. He promptly reneged on the agreement, failing to comply with the terms off the settlement agreement.
The CCMA then made the agreement an arbitration award, and made binding in terms of the Labour Relations Act.
When the Sheriff attended to the execution of the warrant of execution, he was told by Marlene Roberts that RPL and Pieter Swart had vacated the premises.
This claim for unpaid salary is too yet to be settled.
